The firm’s two principals, Robert Strang and Ann Hayes, have been business partners since 1989, when they founded Strang Hayes Consulting after successful careers in federal law enforcement. Strang Hayes went on to become one of the world’s leading corporate security firms and was sold to SPX Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, in 2001.

IMG builds on the success, reputation, and track record of its principals, who created a similar culture and commitment to excellence at Strang Hayes.
