Employee Background Checks

All IMG employees undergo extensive background checks to ensure their suitability to handle sensitive client data and information. IMG also maintains a rigorous offboarding process that ring - fences all systems and client data.

Physical Office Security

Physical security at IMG headquarters in midtown Manhattan holds to the highest standards, encompassing physical, digital, and procedural measures to protect employees, assets, and information. The building has 24 - hour security with vid eo surveillance and access logging. Entry to data centers is limited to critical personnel only.

IT System Security

IMG has a Sonicwall firewall in place protecting the network as well as up - to - date, managed antivirus software on all computers and serv ers. In addition, IMG has VPN for access to company on - premise desktops, endpoint protection using industry - standard software, and multifactor authentication for access to IMG’s cloud storage.

Document Security

IMG employs the DocuSign platform for t ransmitting sensitive information, using AES 256 - bit encryption to ensure documents in the system are always secure. Any unauthorized changes to underlying documents will be detected and identified as evidence of tampering.

Privacy Protection

IMG compl ies with internationally recognized privacy protection standards, and with various privacy laws globally, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation ( “ GDPR ” ).
